Unveiled Life Courses and Extension Policy

Our online schools have a 12-month use policy beginning on the date of your most current course. Six-month extensions are available for purchase for students who need access to their online product for longer than 12 months. Please reach out to us via email if you would like an extension. Courses are eligible for unlimited extensions.

Return Policy

Physical products:
May be returned for a refund and must be shipped back to us, complete and in good condition, no later than 30 days from initial receipt. No refund will be issued for products returned incomplete or after 30 days of receipt. Refused shipments will be charged a $10 restocking fee and the customer will be credited the remainder of the price of the physical products ordered. Opened boxes will be considered used and will be charged a 25% handling fee on the physical products ordered. The customer will be credited the remainder of the price of the physical products ordered. Shipping of returned product to the Unveiled Life must be paid by the customer.
 

Unveiled Life Full Course Cancellation Policy

All Unveiled Life online courses may be canceled within 30 days of purchase with no fees charged.  If canceled between 31-60 days after purchase, the customer will receive an 80% refund on all courses canceled, to recoup the associated costs we incur from our platform host. No refund is available after 60 days from purchase.

Unveiled Life Session or Individual Teaching Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available on individual session purchases or teachings, but rather only for entire courses.

Return Procedures

Contact an Unveiled Life Representative by phone at (845)217-5028 or by emailing us at Contact@unveiledlife.org to return or cancel a purchase. Upon receiving notification of cancellation of any Unveiled Life Courses, online access will be removed immediately. If physical materials are being returned, repackage course materials carefully, adding filler (non-ink based preferred) to protect the books and supplies during the return shipment. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We highly recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked. Refunds can take up to 45 days to process.
